Automated Spraying Drives Quality to New Heights
In the painting process, we have moved away from traditional manual spraying methods and pioneered the introduction of high-precision automated robotic spray arms. This technological upgrade has not only significantly improved production efficiency but, more importantly, fundamentally ensured the consistency of the paint finish. Whether coating engine blocks or red valve covers, the robotic arms apply the paint with precise trajectories and uniform atomization. This ensures that every diesel engine leaving our factory boasts a mirror-like finish, with a dramatic improvement in corrosion and rust resistance—keeping them looking as good as new even under harsh outdoor conditions.
A Well-Organized Assembly Line That Combines Professionalism with Human-Centered Care
As seen in the on-site photos, our assembly line is clearly laid out. Inside the high-ceilinged steel-structured factory, a bright LED lighting system ensures clear visibility of the work areas, while industrial oscillating fans installed above each workstation provide workers with a comfortable working environment.
On the assembly line, rows of single-cylinder diesel engines topped with red covers are neatly arranged on conveyor tracks, awaiting assembly and inspection. In the blue plastic storage bins nearby, precision-cast metal components are neatly arranged, with the moving machinery complementing the meticulous order of modern manufacturing. Our experienced workers skillfully coordinate with robotic arms and automated equipment to assemble these individual parts into powerful engines.
