Thirty years ago, when the first single-cylinder diesel engine rolled off our production line, we knew—this was the path we would follow for the rest of our lives.
Since then, we have been based in Changzhou, dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of single-cylinder diesel engines. Changzhou is the cradle of China’s diesel engine industry. In 1913, the first diesel engine roared into existence here; in 1967, China’s first independently developed S195 single-cylinder diesel engine was unveiled here, becoming the pioneer of China’s single-cylinder engines. And it is on this fertile ground of power that we have carried on this legacy of craftsmanship through thirty years of unwavering dedication.
Thirty years is enough for a newborn baby to grow into a strapping young man; thirty years is also enough for a factory to evolve from tentative beginnings to masterful expertise. We have cumulatively produced millions of single-cylinder diesel engines, with our products exported to markets across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We possess comprehensive production and testing equipment, along with advanced manufacturing facilities, capable of manufacturing and testing various models of single-cylinder diesel engines in the S, ZS, and R series. From casting and machining to assembly, every step of the process is strictly monitored.
Take the ZS1115, for example—our flagship product.
The ZS1115 single-cylinder diesel engine features a horizontal, four-stroke design with direct injection. It has a bore of 115 mm, a stroke of 115 mm, and a total piston displacement of 1.1945 liters. Its 12-hour power output reaches 14.7 kilowatts (approximately 20 horsepower), while its 1-hour power output can reach 16.2 kilowatts. Fuel consumption is as low as ≤238 grams per kilowatt-hour.
This engine is fuel-efficient, easy to start, technologically mature, and offers excellent interchangeability. It is widely used in various fields, including walk-behind tractors, transport machinery, water pump units, irrigation machinery, construction machinery, generator sets, and small construction equipment. Whether in paddy fields, dry fields, orchards, vegetable gardens, or gently sloping hilly terrain, it operates reliably. Cooling is provided by either evaporative water cooling or radiator water cooling; as long as the cooling water supply is normal, the engine can operate continuously under all kinds of harsh conditions.

We employ a reinforced fuel system, a new high-pressure fuel injection pump, and P-type injectors to optimize the combustion process, resulting in energy efficiency and low emissions. The engine features ample torque reserve and strong hill-climbing capability. A dual-circuit lubrication system ensures thorough gear lubrication for more reliable operation. We have optimized the structural strength of components and incorporated multiple new technologies—such as laser hardening, ceramic-infused gas rings, and powder-metallurgy valve seats—to ensure our products are wear-resistant, well-sealed, and have a long service life.
